Kamille, The Mozzarella Madam
Kamille, known as Mozzarella Madam, is a hospitality expert with 20+ years of experience in fine dining, stadium service, corporate leadership, and mobile bartending. Her journey began with a deep love for food, growing up watching culinary shows instead of cartoons. This passion led her to become a hospitality powerhouse, blending service, culinary artistry, and community connection.
In 2014, Kamille joined Sporting Kansas City, quickly gaining recognition as the Upper Victory bartender. Her exceptional service led to the creation of Sporting KC’s first-ever Employee of the Month award in her honor. Inspired by her success, she launched Kamology, LLC, a mobile bartending business specializing in high-end hospitality experiences.
Her passion for spirits led her to champion Kansas City’s first all-rum bar, earning her the title of Rumtress of Kansas City. By 2021, she introduced Mozzarella Madam, an interactive cheese-pulling experience that became a featured attraction at corporate and private events.
She has performed for Fox 4 Love Fund for Kids, the CBIZ Plaza Art Fair, and her cheese-pulling parties were named among Feast Magazine’s Best Foodie Gifts of 2024. In 2024, she expanded her brand with Madam’s Munchables, a gourmet charcuterie box. She also teaches Mozzarella Mondays at Billy’s Grocery and The Culinary Center of Kansas City.
Her Troostside Mozzarella Mingles foster community through food, and she is proud to be part of Crossroads Hotel, a Michelin Key holder, where her Mozzarella Madam journey began. In late 2024, she launched Lemonade Boss, a honey-sweetened organic lemonade brand.
As a proud Air Mom, Kamille envisions expanding Mozzarella Madam, launching her own mozzarella brand, and bringing her interactive food experiences worldwide. Through hospitality, education, and food, she continues to inspire joy and connection.
